Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the PerfectPixel browser extension and related services (“Services”) provided by WellDoneCode LLC (“we”, “our”, or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

2. Description of Service

PerfectPixel is a browser extension that allows developers and designers to overlay design mockups on web pages for pixel-perfect comparison. The Service is available in the following tiers:

• Free — Basic overlay functions with a limit of 2 layers per domain, ad-supported
• Pro — Unlimited layers, layer rotation, ad-free experience, advanced customization, and priority support
• Team — All Pro features plus seat & license management and team billing (coming soon)
• Enterprise — All Pro features with no external network connections, on-premise authentication, and dedicated support

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid plans are billed annually. All payments are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the merchant of record for our products. By subscribing, you authorize Paddle to charge your payment method at the beginning of each billing cycle. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's Terms of Use.

• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' advance notice
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period
• Team plan billing is per seat; you will be charged for the number of active seats

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the extension
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Distribute, sublicense, or resell the Service without authorization
• Share your account credentials, license key, or active session with any other person, including colleagues at the same organization
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Service

6. Intellectual Property and License Scope

The PerfectPixel extension, its code, design, and documentation are the intellectual property of WellDoneCode LLC. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these terms.

The Pro plan is a per-user license intended for use by a single named individual. A single Pro subscription:

• Authorizes use by one (1) named human user; the license may not be shared with, transferred to, or used by any other person
• May be activated on up to five (5) devices belonging to that user (for example, a primary laptop, desktop, and virtual machine)
• Is not valid for use by multiple developers within the same company, team, or organization — such use requires a Team or Enterprise plan with one seat per developer

We may deactivate excess devices, suspend accounts, or require upgrade to a Team or Enterprise plan if usage patterns indicate that a single Pro license is being used by multiple individuals or beyond the device limit. Organizations found to be sharing Pro licenses across multiple developers will be invoiced for the equivalent number of Team seats for the period of unauthorized use, in addition to any other remedies available under these Terms or applicable law.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WellDoneCode LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
